Learn chess for begginer
Today we are learning about small and big castling
I learned to play chess on my own by watching the boys play that game.
I also learned notation on my own because I collected articles about chess games from newspapers. It was 70 years of the last century, when there was no internet!
He would then place a board with figures in front of him and draw strokes written in a newspaper article.
The 0-0 and 0-0-0 signs were a big difficulty for me.
By returning the pieces on the board, I realized that this is a move called "Castling" in chess.
It is mainly conducted in the part of the chess game called the opening.
In the picture, the white man made a small castling by reaching the king with a cannon, and then the king jumped over the cannon and stood to his right.
Black similarly performed a large castling with cannon and sledge maneuvers.
Study the diagrams well.
Exercise like me.
Set up a blue with figures and draw moves from the game that is written. I give you an example!
Here’s how black gives a mat in two strokes!
1.f2 -f 4 , d7 -d5 2.g2-g4 , Qd8 - h5#
When writing moves for figures, the initial capital letters of these figures are used for the king-K for the queen -Q for the cannon C, for the jumper S, for the hunter L, for the pedestrian, only the field from which he starts and to which he goes is marked.
As a frequent example of the use of notation, a short part with the theme of Legal Mat is taken:
1. e2-e4 e7-e5 2. Lf1-c4 d7-d6 3. Sg1-f3 h7-h6 4. Sb1-c3 Lc8-g4? (a question mark indicates a weak move, and an exclamation mark an excellent one) 5. Sf3: e5! Lg4: d1? 6. Lc4: f7 + Ke8-e7 7. Sc3-d5 mat.
Have a nice day .
